Behold the Lamb of God – A Lenten Journey into the Mystery of the Mass as Eternal Sacrifice

Description:

In this mission, we will enter the Paschal Mystery through the sacrifice of the Mass.

We offer you his Body and Blood, the sacrifice acceptable to you which brings salvation to the whole world. Look, O Lord, upon the Sacrifice which you yourself have provided for your Church… (Eucharistic Prayer IV)

As we journey through Lent and prepare ourselves to celebrate the resurrection of the Paschal Lamb, we will explore the relationship between the Passion of Christ and his eternal sacrifice in the Mass, by examining specific Mass parts, praying through the texts and reflecting on the Sunday readings.
